Simple mechanism CCVM reflux coil adjustment

Post by Demy »

I updated my CCVM coil, so I wanted to experience a simple regulation system .... it's just an archaic prototype, just an idea, be good with me! I tried 2 systems: the first using a threaded bar, it works but very slow in the movements, so I thought about something more immediate. I used scrap, being just an idea but it worked very well. The column in the video moves a lot because it is only resting, it is not fixed to the boiler. Sorry for non- professional imagines.

I love it Demy . Simple and effective . Could easily be extended to adjust tall columns from ground height .

BTW , I wish all videos were like yours . Short and to the point without the waffle .

Thank you very much, I really appreciate, I tried to make the video short because it realized above all for the forum. I thought the mechanism just because I often read people and chairs for the adjustment, I sometimes have to get up on the tips or climb up. It is an idea that you can still improve.

I forgot, small modification to the terminal handle, the wooden disk was suitable for screwing (first method) but this is more suitable for lifting

A small update .... now I have been using it for some time and works beautifully ..
In essence I added a threaded bar with a very wide step, I think it is used for 3D printers or things like that ...
