Moonshine Jelly

Use the liquid Certo recipe. Basically just follow their entire recipe/method except for modifying the juice part.

It calls for 7 cups sugar and 4 cups grape juice.
Instead:
2 cups muscadine* grape juice
2 cups sweet dessert wine (I like Duplin muscadine wine), but take out 1 tablespoon of the wine.
1 Tablespoon moonshine.

Bring juice to boil like the directions say, add certo packet, bring back to boil, Jar.

Some of the tastiest Likker you'll ever put on toast.

*If you can't find muscadines, then move to a part of the country where you can.
