sounds like a great recipe.
just a bit confused on adding one cup a water to 1 cup a beer and getting 4 cups of liquid though. is there some voodoo magic in this too? :econfused:

here, fixed the recipe for you, i never follow the recipe,
cook rice separate in chicken broth, then add to mixture and simmer
when making a jambalaya adjust liquid

I will show this to my wife, she usually makes pot pies out of the leftovers and then freezes for future meals.

My favorite recipe for holiday leftovers: Stuffing waffles with gravy. The morning after your holiday simply heat your gravy and fill the whaffle maker with stuffing. Cook it nice and crispy then cover with hot gravy. Yummy.

I got worried when I saw the title of this thread... Imagined someone dumping all their leftovers in a bucket with some water and yeast....
