In mixing bowel ya take 2 eggs 2 cups milk and blend well add 1 tb spoon each dried parsley and minced onions .1/2 tb spoon old bay seasoning.stir in 8 oz grated cheddar cheese .1 lb lump crab meat and 2 cups seasoned croutons(I use instant stuffing mix).Mix well and put in greased baking dish. top with mozzarella cheese and bake at 325f for 1 hr or cheese on top is slightly brown.
I use a pot still.Sometimes with a thumper

I think I have a similar recipe but will save this one for crab season!

Its crab season here now ...might have to have a crack at that one.
