Not a new recipe but DAMN. 3 PARTS ROLLED OAT 1 PART MALTED BARLEY and the world changes! Smooth! The Barley brings out the sugar and you can flavor it any way you want. Apple pie, squash, blueberry, cranberry , havent found one that doesn't work yet.

I'd suggest a step mash on the rolled oats, up to 148°F then add your malted barley for conversion. You'll definitely want a glucan rest on them oats.
