Did anyone see the show on distillers. I know I watched it before I knew anything about distilling(not that I know much now)and I learned a few things this time around.

I really liked the section on gin...the distiller claims to be able to smell every one of the spices in the product as they come out one after another during the day. I thought that was pretty cool.

I liked the scotch section. This time around I realized that the buldge in the neck of the pot still causes a wee bit of reflux and hence cleans up their product a bit.

Saw that and the one on moonshiners which is also pretty good.
