"The Science and Technology of Whiskies"?

Post by Hügelwilli »

Does someone have a copy of "The Science and Technology of Whiskies" from Piggott, Sharp and Duncan? Mostly I am interested in the chapter "Continuous distillation" from Panek and Boucher, but I think the whole book is interesting.
If yes, I would be very happy, if you could upload it somewhere and post the link. Or send me a PM. Also if you don't know where or how to upload. I will write you how.
Thanks a lot.

You know you can buy a copy online here: https://ifst.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/do ... .tb01276.x

If you want it, then you may have to cough up the money.

Thanks for the effort to find it. But the link doesn't lead to the book I am searching for.

Yes, I could buy it for 100 or 200$...
On the one hand, for whatever reasons this is simply the price for this book, on the other hand I ask, how would our hobby look like, if never someone had scanned and uploaded something interesting he found.
