HD distillation LOG for the forum
I wasn't sure it would interest anyone. I have created a very simple tab for those who want to have their product data at hand. I know well that for this you can use technological devices but I think it will not hurt to share this very small resource, perhaps to be kept in order to replicate our best products. It is not based on "homebrewing" but rather on essential and general data, so it may be incomplete for some and too much for others. It is just a small diary to record our calculations and the essentials for the distillation. I tried to fit everything in a single A4 sheet, there are 2 formats .pdf and .doc, I hope it will be useful to someone.

Thanks Demy! I have been using Brewfather software for fermenting, but even that is challenging because all of the things made for beer brewing that don’t really apply to what I am using it for. This will help me keep a one-page list of most important info to reflect on months later when I’m actually sipping the spirit.

I am also using recently brewfather for the calculations. This log is for keeping track of the most important things. It is not intentionally locked so anyone can modify it at will.TXChiliMayo wrote: ↑Sat Jan 30, 2021 8:28 am Thanks Demy! Thanks for sharing Demy . They look great straight up . I’m sure others will be able to use them as they are or use it as a base to customise them if need be.
My recommended goto .

Thank you for your contribution to the forum Demi.
Re: HD distillation LOG for the forum
Thanks to everyone for the feedback, I don't know if something essential is missing, sometimes some important aspect may escape due to the various products we distill so there may be different needs. The file is not locked so editable but if you think something essential is missing I could edit it for you (if technically it can be done).

Thank you demy. Really appreciate having both formats. This one is definitely going into my HD library for quick reference and easy printing.
