Chocolate flavoring

Post by Goat1429 »

Hi everyone. I had a jar a while back that tasted just like a Yoo-hoo chocolate drink. Maybe even a little cold chocolate cocoa flavor. I've torn the interwebs apart looking for an idea on how to achieve this flavor. I am unable to contact the maker of that jar anymore and I'm stumped. Any ideas? Help please!

How about something like this: https://homedistiller.org/forum/viewtop ... 4#p7533845

Have a look around in the Recipe Development forum.

What always helps boosting chocolate flavour is a bit of vanilla essence/extract
