Had a great 4th. They cancelled all organized celebrations in town but at our home on the lake we had a lot of people setting off fireworks. With the reservation close by it is easy to purchase fireworks. Had my wife’s brother and his wife at our house with a beach fire and great light show.

A year later and wishing all members a happy and safe 4th of July. It is very dry here in the PNW and we will have a small group of family members on our beach to watch the fireworks by neighbors. Not sure how much fireworks will happen compared to years past as it is so dry.

Happy independence day to all the other Americans. It's dry as a popcorn fart here in the PNW, please be responsible with fireworks.

Funny the emotions this gives me. To our Brit brethren. Today at least, sorry not sorry.

To everyone else who loves the cause of freedom I drink to salute you.

To my American brothers and sisters who have served, a heartfelt thank you.
