be safe... dont fall in and die

have a read of some aussie brewer mis- adventures

http://www.brewsnews.com.au/2010/02/death-by-beer/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" rel="nofollow

"Probably the earliest recorded brewery deaths of this nature occurred in the middle part of the nineteenth century. In 1855, Patrick Doyle was overcome by carbon-dioxide while cleaning a large vat in a brewery in Hobart, and died before he could be rescued. Several years later, Hugh Cartwright expired as a result of inhaling carbon-dioxide while cleaning an empty fermenting vessel at the brewery at Campbell Town, also in Tasmania. The jury at the inquest recommended that the brewery’s owner take measures to improve ventilation of his cellar."

I was going for something similar to...you might be a redneck if...guess it didn't translate across the broad spectrum of our members. Of course safety first. Just thought humor might be a good teacher of our safety practices...

I (long time ago) jumped into a winery sump full of CO2 to lift a whoozy worker up to deck level. Got him out and barely made it out myself. Could have made Darwin's list.

We actually had a tiff in Sam's the other day...

Wife: We need some sugar.
Me: No, there's four ten pounder's in the pantry and a 25 pound bag in the garage.
Wife: Nope!
ME: Yep!
Wife: Well I can't get those ten's off the top shelf.
Me: O.K. I'll get them down when we get home.
-------------Wife puts a five pound bag in the cart...--------------
Me:Ok, I guess we need some more sugar!

If your wife starts printing-out recipes to make bread, muffins and waffles from spent grain, you -may- be a 'stiller.

If you tell her "sorry, but I made a sugarhead with the spent grains, instead", you're a hardcore 'stiller....

When yer wife tells you that you need to buy a couch and a flat screen tv for the garage, you might be a stiller.

When yer wife tells you she loves the smell of boiling corn, you are a definitely a very lucky stiller.
