this topic is OLD. iv known many people that have dropped out of the army as soon as the 911 shit happened. the holymackerel might of done the same thing if a war ever poped up in his enlistment time. many people join not to fight for there country but to have the right to say they were in the army. im not saying theholymackerel is one but i havnt been given any proof that he wanst the kind of person that will drop out as soon as a war hits and until then i wont respect him. me i want to be a part of the wars coming up. there might be wars with iran,north korea and mayeb even china not to long from now and im probably gona be a part of them. trying out for the ranger will be a challenge but iv looked up to it for a long ass time and im not known for giving up and known for being a leader. i belive i have what it takes but if i fail i will join the marines or reg infantry.

ok DUDE. i dont have a problem with this PLACE. i have a problem with a couple of the people here. you look at me as someone that only does bad and everything i say is wrong but thats just your veiw DUDE. everything everyone does can always be complained about which is what some people on here are good at. seriously you are the worst judge. you pick sides and have shitty views at things so why dont you quit acting like a judge. do you understand that when i said i was done i was ready to quit but some people kept bringing it back. instead of me always having to change for my dumb ways why dont you make theholymackerel change his ways. i will not go out and pick fight with people but it seems like when ever i let this topic go something like this pops up and makes it all worse. so why dont you just LET IT GO and i will LET IT GO and all this complaining will end.

The simple solution to stopping a stupid thread from degenerating into idiocy is to lock or delete the thread.
"All things being equal, the simplest solution is probably correct."
In this case locking it so that it can be read by folks who slow down and gawk at auto accidents seemed less drastic than nuking it.
