Depends on the platform you are using. I have an iPad and I use an app called SimpleResize. I believe you can do it in paint if you are on a PC. But I guess if you do a google search you will figure it out. Max. Size is 800x800.

I just re mail them to myself through my phone and pick small. Be sure that geo tagging is turned off before you do this
