Its obvious that one shouldn't cut trees near power lines without proper licencing but when your stubborn to do something you may be tempted to do it yourself instead of calling a professional. The guy who owns said business does have proper the proper papers and training to cut trees near power lines yet it still happened. it wasn't the owner who it happened to it was one of his workers who is a good guy I worked with him before under the same boss.
