Kegs a keg. Low wines storage.

Keg deposit doesn't cover the cost of the keg. But since it was a gift from heaven Chauncey i think you're compelled to use it lest you anger the liquor gods

Youre absolutely right i really am gonna call. Most of my kegs are ones the same distro brought to the bar and said we could recycle cuz they were replacing them so i doubt they are concerned especially with the world as it is now. But its just extra for me id rather keep them in business even if i only touch abita beer when a customer orders it

Once they are out of the official retail loop, it’s not that easy to “give a keg back.”

I found 2 dropped off next to my dumpster, both full of old Budweiser. If you lose your receipt I’m not sure the store you bought them from will even take them back for free.

I found two others at a scrap yard. Guy said there was nothing he could do but cut them in half. (We made a deal)

I bought a small old kegerator last year and much to my surprise there was a squatty 1/4 barrel inside of it when I got it home.

Sometimes you just gotta give them a good home.
Shouting and shooting, I can't let them catch me...

Finding a lost Keg nobody wants back and stealing a Keg thats still in service are two different things .

Just remember that and make your call honestly .
HD forum doesn’t condone stealing .

I've got a couple that are probably older than me.

Seriously.

And bashed and battered.
I think they would have been taken off the books over fifty years ago. Again, seriously.
They would just laugh if I turned up with them to return them

A friend was cleaning out his barn recently and gave me 2 kegs that we drank over 20 years ago as youngsters. Coors style, barrel shaped and look almost new.

He even gave me a third, squat 8 gallon? keg that will be nice for doing smaller spirit runs.
