Hello-back from the dead

Post by Shine0n »

I see there's alot of new faces since my last post.

Ive been out of the loop for a while now due to father inlaw issues but they've passed now so I can get on with my stillin ways.

I've missed this shit like noone can fathom, but 3 weeks ago I jumped right back in with my favorite bourbon HBB of course, damn it felt good to get on again.

I've stayed away from the site jic they did some sorta search history and I feel it's been way too long soooo.

Got me a new stillin buddy from NJ and hes picked up on tbis like a fish to water, couldn't be more pleased.

Shineon!

I'm starting my 3rd spring as a beekeeper, and I have too much honey, lol. Got my first mead aging in a keg. You should make your way up here when you visit your 'new' NJ friend. I could have used your ear in the learning process this past year :).

Id love to man, I love my mead making and my god have I gotten into it!!!

We have some really special ones atm
Black currant is my all time favorite.

The OG was 1.156 and fg was 1.050 but the currants compensated the fg perfectly.

Ill be around quite a bit more now so you can always ask or pm me an I'll do the same
