Does anyone know how Uncle Jesse is coming along in his venture? The website for Pioneer Spirits has not been updated in awhile, so.. inquiring minds want to know!!

Yeah, it has been a while since our last update. I was wondering the same thing.

(50 litre, propane heated pot still. Coil in bucket condenser - No thermometer, No carbon)

ditto, any updates?
water + sugar + yeast = wine

water + flour + yeast = bread

wine + bread = two things I can make at home

I spoke with him on phone other day .He said he had been on a week or so ago and would be on again soon as he had time.
I use a pot still.Sometimes with a thumper
