Thank you, fellow swill merchants.

If elected I promise to...

Hang on, wrong speech.

I have no idea what that Punkin fella is talking about with this 'straightie' nonsense. I am as bent as the next power crazed fiend.

So, of course, I am open to bribes, er, small personal gifts with no expectation of favourable treatment, your honour.

But for now, I need some sleep. Ordering the stroppy lower ranks about is exhausting work.

Wise choice! HookLine, do you take plastic or rubber for those "bribes, er, small personal gifts"?

Hi Hook, I would have congratulated you on the moderator title, however, I think I won't. Instead, I'm going to say, if you ever feel like venting about having to sort through childish, spastic, flaming threads, and having to tell people to knock it off and behave themselves, give me a PM and I have a virtual beer with you.

All kidding aside, I think you'll be the best moderator home distiller has ever had or ever will :D
I started out with nothing, and I still have most of it left.

Thanks, GBM. Though you may live to regret this

and if I ever turn up on your virtual doorstep jabbering wildly about the stress of moderating a herd of drunken ornery mules, you'll have only yourself to blame.

Don't think it's the slaves he has to worry about. Doubt the crew will give poor ol Cap'n Hook much trouble either.
