Distillery and Warehouse Insurance in UK

Folks,
We are a new distillery based in Essex, UK and struggling to find Insurance that covers Duty in Suspension. All the ones we are finding will cover the duty if paid, but not when suspended in bonded warehouse.
Can anyone recommend an insurance broker who can provide cover?
