Should I buy two different scales one for production one for cutting? What do you guys useand where did you get it. What would you suggest?

I use both from Brewhaus, our sponsor.
The 0 - 100% ABV for production, the 30 - 60% ABV for alignments before bottling.
I also have a china 0 - 80% Abv refractiometer alc meter, don't buy it, it's crap (about 30$).
It lost it's transparancy of the plastic lid in only two runs.
and is accurate only in the 30 to 50% area. The automatic temp correction is a joke.
You get what you pay for in this china stuff, I'm not a cheap guy but couldn't find any better in that time.

I just use a cheep 0-100%. Works well for me.

For as cheap as they are buy two. I always seem to break one, this way you always have a back up...
