Pellicle I think
I checked my mash last night and the gravity was 1.00 I planned on running it today. When I woke up I noticed on bucket had a thin white film on it a half a dozen bubbles. Is it safe to run

It may have picked up an infection. If it did, It's no big deal. Run it...
Save a sample because you may want to use it to purposely infect a ferment in the future. Then wash your equipment well after its all done and before starting another ferment.
