120v element in small boiler
This seems to work fairly well for me.
It's somewhat electrically isolated and separates the cord from the heating element.
It's not perfect but is much better than your wires just screwed onto the element.

It looks like a 3rd pin for a ground could be added to the heating element.
Drill and tap a shallow hole that aligns with the plug ground.
Put in a screw and cut the head of screw off

That's a great idea shady.
I was surprised by how easily the element drilled and tapped 6-32.

its better to think like a fool but keep your mouth shut,then to open ur mouth and have it confirmed
