Good point Larry , don’t even get me started on the controllability of my High pressure gas reg :evil:

Hi,

Necro post on the starting at 40% before anything happens.

I noted that many controllers on sales start at 80V only. So the range is 80 to 220V. 80/220 = 36% (circa the 40% alluded to).

Took me a while to find one that started at 0 to 220V.
One too many wasted sunsets, one too many for the road.

The value doesn't have to be exactly 500k just some were in the ball park

How should I attach the resistor in the controller? Which terminal to which terminal?
Here you go, sorry for the delay :lol:
Loosen the screws and slip the resister leads in with the wires going to the pot.
Try a 470k resister rated at 1watt or more.
