Turkey Fryers go on sale in the USA on Friday. They tend to be 20 to 24 qts. Anyone have expereince with Electric Turkey Fryers for distilling? Please share:)

Welcome to fourm. most who use propane use turkey fryers burners.Read sights under my signature in parent sight under stills lots of ideas there,
I use a pot still.Sometimes with a thumper

I have'nt heard of any problems except that the wash pits the aluminum pretty bad.
I have a pressure cooker I have used on and off for 20 years and it is pitted pretty bad.
I have'nt figured out how to seal the lid on a turkey fryer very good. I am sure you will be able to find someone that has though.

If its the same electric turkey fryer I've seen in the big stores around here then no, not the right thing...
