that banjo model looks like it might be dandy for double boiler use. 8)

even better for stilling on the grain without a double boiler. so long as you can turn it down real low...

It sure caught my eye too.. :)

I have used a 250,000 BTU jet for brewing. It's either on or off. I couldn't stabilize mash temp with it so I certainly wouldn't want to use it to distill. It will however bring 13 gallons to a boil in 20 min.
