Burner with Australian standards

I wanted either blichmann hellfire or bayou KAB4 but neither meet Australian standards, I have a ten gallon copper pot
Any suggestions from people in Aussie?????

For a ten gallon boiler you don't need a fancy burner like those....just go to a camping store or similar and buy a standard old 3 ring burner.
You may want to invest a bit more in an adjustable regulator, but thats not really necessary.

Of course you would know that gas rings that use propane bottles ( which probably most use) are different to the ones for domestic gas. Though you can adjust them by using a different (thing with the little hole in it).

That thing with the little hole in it is a metering orifice... :idea:

I have only heard it called something else that I couldn't remember. Possibly a 'jet'.

yes, a gas jet, that needs to be changed depending of the gas type.

Yep... The terms jet and metering orifice are interchangeable in many applications...
