Uhhhh ... GORGEOUS ! ! !

Have you pressure leak tested it?

Curious, what's that hole drilled through the ferrule as well as the shell in the first pic for?

Interesting about that vent hole. I installed a 2" Tri-Clamp end cap on mine with a hole drilled which I threaded 1/2" NPT. I installed a copper reducer and soldered copper tubing in order to direct product to my jars. In other words, I never vented the take-off and never had an issue either. It's not a criticism, but I'm curious. Do you know what that vent hole is meant for? I do not know. It can't hurt, but I'm genuinely curious as to what condition it is meant to thwart. I suspect a maybe a flooding situation.

Nice craftsmanship. That should bring you many years of use.

Congratulations

Nice build
I like the way you did the tubes so that liquid doesn't puddle on top.

Very nice.
That's going to knock down a lot of power easily.
Still also curious about that vent.

As above I'm also a little puzzled by the vent hole?.....is that just to save having one on the parrot ?

That's a better looking build than is ever likely to happen in my shed.

thanks guys forgot to add tinned the backside of the end plate heavily with soft solder before soldering the ferules. Had one of the tubes leak after installing ferule but easily fixed by applying heat to the outside the end cap to draw the solder up.

may add a parrot later off the union with a drain that can bypass it.
