100Litre boiler just finnished

Built this over a few weeks
Old 18 gallon keg with a modern 30 litre keg on top

Hell, no. That looks like a clock: graduated in milliseconds. that's how long it takes to knock out a vodka from a 25L 10% wash!!

Yes its a thermometer its more for wank value lets you know when its almost producing
