Looking at all the winners at the ADI conference, I noticed one of our local craft distilleries won a lot of awards for their different gins and vodkas. When I toured Heritage he has a large still he does his stripping then 5-6 twenty six gallon stills for his spirit runs. He puts all the botanicals for gin into the boiler so I am thinking those that run electric the screens for distilling on the grain maybe a good addition to our stills.

3d0g, looks like next year is either in Denver or Baltimore. If it's in Denver I'm going but not interested in flying all the way to Baltimore. Hope you enjoyed Stone Brewery. We had a great lunch although I am sure Kapea enjoyed it more than I did as I was the designated driver.
