I am extremely please with this setup, being very versatile. It has proven wonderful with a "wine must sugar head", after fermenting that out putting the cleared low wines in the boiler, and the fermented fruits and and other solids in the second boiler using the first boiler to push the alcohol vapors through the solids, really picks up a lot of flavor while maintaining a decent ABV.
