I'm looking to either build or buy a good reliable cereal cooker that uses steam and will cook 100lbs of grain at a time in an efficient amount of time with consistent results. Ideally would like a setup that could cook pretty much most grains.
I've seen cement mixer type ones with a rolling type barrel used in bigger food processing operations. I was considering building a pressure cooker mixer type thing out of a beer keg to cook my grains. Or are there already things available on the market that will do that for me.
