Nectarine sugar wash.

I had some nectarines that were going off, so I blitzed them in a blender and added the mulch to a sugar wash.
It started at SG 1,090 and ended on 1,000
I stilled it today and put spices, including cinnamon in a muslin cloth, inside the column
The product came out with a lovely cinnamon and fruity flavour.
The column is a 50mm dairy pipe.

I had some of this with Appletiser and it tastes like Apple pie in a glass.
