I am from Denmark and am new to this forum, and new to distilling. I hope to use this forum to gain the required knowledge before starting and to also get relevant tips and tricks along the way.
I have been been brewing beer for a few years with my brother on a Grainfather G30. This Christmas we got the Alembic Dome and are looking forward to start distilling.
The plan is to start with a London Dy Gin and we have acquired the Still Spirits Botanical Basket for the purpose. However, the plan is to read the general introduction and safety introduction before starting up. Thereafter, I will be looking out for a good recipe, so any good suggestions, are most welcome
