Satdown and opened a qt of my first succesful run sitting on oak with a couple of pepper corns aged just over a month man smooth a little sweet and suttle oak going down thanks for all the help and the fourm im just totaly blown away to how good it is THANKS
Bring on the twister - I ain't skeered. Hurry put the still in the cellar.
