Has anyone ever made their own barrels? To me this would just seem like a logical progression for all the handy types on the board.If you have made , or tried , care to share the outcome?

That's sayin' it like it is, THM! You wonder how real coopers do it don't you? I guess it is just exact precision. Life is too short for me to try to learn to be a cooper by trial and error. But, not to say others shouldn't give it a go
