I have 95 gallons of Cabernet Sauvignon / blackberry wine that turned out a little too sweet. I am thinking of mixing a little neutral spirits and distilling. Any brandy experts have advice?
You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, and them's pretty good odds.
