valve reflux test run

Well i finally got around to finishing it, (sort of)
gave it a test run, all seems to be going, few leaks have to fix up.

think i overlooked the boiler and its too small, only 8L, but on the gas cooker it gets boiling in a few min, i am new to this, so what sort of amount (alc) would i be looking to get out of the 8L wash?

also what temp should i try and have the condensor water running at? is the coolest water better? or a certain temp?
i currently have a 10L pressure sprayer plugged into the condensor so you simply pump up and it feeds water through.
