Hey theholymackrel, Ill have access to alot of free sour cherries when the weather changes back around from grandma's trees. I was wondering if you had any notes on the cherry brandy wash or processing that you would like to share.You mentioned that the brandy you made from your trees was a very fine product. I like to eat the cherries in pie, but I'd just as soon make a bunch of brandy too. If I recall correctly, you use a pot still too. I run a @5 gal copper pot.
