They are going to boxes with disposable plastic bladders inside them. The cornelius kegs make excellent beer containers . The soda kegs come in two different styles (having to do with the inlet/outlet posts) they are reffered to as pin lock or ball lock kegs . The ball locks seem to be more plentiful .
The push is for all soda fountains to go to a post-mix style instead of the older pre-mix style. It only makes sense as why pay shipping and storage on a pre-watered down product?
Also allows some places to water down their soda by a simple head adjustment. How often have you ever had weak flavored soda? and it is always from the same places.
