seems like a decent price, if you're willing to wait for slow shipping option.

Is there something going on in the soda industry - seems like a b*ttload of these things are on the market (suddenly?).

expiring mind wants to know.

They are going to boxes with disposable plastic bladders inside them. The cornelius kegs make excellent beer containers . The soda kegs come in two different styles (having to do with the inlet/outlet posts) they are reffered to as pin lock or ball lock kegs . The ball locks seem to be more plentiful .

The push is for all soda fountains to go to a post-mix style instead of the older pre-mix style. It only makes sense as why pay shipping and storage on a pre-watered down product?

Also allows some places to water down their soda by a simple head adjustment. How often have you ever had weak flavored soda? and it is always from the same places.

That explains a lot. Me..I just put in my first home tapper system with a 5-gallon corny. Talk about a time saver..making beer is hardly considered work any more. The bottling was about 2/3's the effort.

I highly recommend.

yep hillbilly, making beer is a piece of cake if you put it into a corny keg and skip the bottling. Those things make pretty good fermenters too, if you make 5 gallons or less. I tried re-engineering one into a pressurised carbon filter too, but we won't talk about that...
