A toast to my friend Richard...

Post by Bujapat »

Tonight, I just finished a corn mash run, and I drink the first glass of it in the memory of my best friend who died last wednesday (43 old).
Sorry guys, it isn't funny, but I'm alone in the cellar, everybody's sleepin' at home and I wanted to talk about this with someone...
Drinked an unforgetable moonshine with Richard last monday... Now he's gone and I drink alone! :(
I'm french speaking!

Boiler : 50 L (13 gal) beer keg, gas heated.
Reflux : 104 cm (41 inches) column 54 mm (2 inches) diameter withh SS scrubbers packing.
Potstill : 40 cm (15 inches) column 54 mm (2 inches) diameter without packing.

Bujapat,
So sorry to hear of your loss. Words can never convey the feeling of loss you must be feeling. All I can offer is a toast too all of our dearly departed friends and a heart felt sorry to you.

The people I most wanted to share the benefits of this hobby with passed away while I was still in the learning phase and I never got to share anything with them.

Here's to Richard.

To Richard... You are never dead until your friends' memories of you have also died. May Richard live in your fond memories forever.

Here's to Richard. May the whiskey flow smooth, woody, and at least 20 years old where ever he may be.

And my condolences to you, Bujapat.
