I already understood it
but that means, almost everyones spirit is 78°C warm when you collect it, and that's the point I don't get.
I always had the idea it was at room temp.

When your coming off a reflux still like that, yes the distillate can be quite warm. If you use a smaller diameter collection tube and give it a few turns then it will allow some cooling to occur. As the collection rate is usually slow on the reflux rigs this can be enough to allow it to drop to room temp. If your planning to run fast then the liebig you mentioned earlier is a viable option.
