hi all, i'm new here but have a question i have'nt seen asked or answered.. everything i've read says the 803 is no good for making drinking stuff....... but, what if the lower cooling condeser was bypassed, not cooling the packing, then your spirits rise to the condenser at the top and are collected ?? or, if your input was moved up so it was'nt entirely at the bottom, still runing through all the packing with lower condenser valved on or off ?? hope someone else has tried this, i've looked everywhere and cant find any posts like this.. mine is built ready for a test run.. thanks, chuck
