Uncle Jesse's sour mash

Post by blanikdog »

I'm onto my sixth generation of this whisky and have around a gallon of finished product and each lot gets better. My question is would there be any problems in blending the whole bloody lot before putting in oak sticks?
Simple potstiller. Slow, single run.
(50 litre, propane heated pot still. Coil in bucket condenser - No thermometer, No carbon)
