Jelly for the Aussies, Jello for those in North America...
Get some orange flavor gelatin crystals, use as little hot water as possible to disolve all the crystals completely, add almost as much fanta as the directions on the box call for and finally once the jelly cools down enough add some 80+ abv vodka, stronger the alcohol, the less you need obviously, ideally you want about 15% abv or less.
Throw the whole thing into the freezer for a few hours until set.
When serving I use liberal amounts of cream to take the bite out of the alcohol, especially if it didn't mix evenly into the mix.
The carbonation from the fanta stays in the mix and gives you a pleasant little snap as you eat it.
