Although i have not registered for paranoia reasons, i'd still like to give credit where it's due. I've been using Possums Rum Recipe for a few batches now and it's a goer.
Specialllove the bit about not sticking your fingers in the superheated syrup....sounds like hard-earned experience....
If the Admin would like to stick it in the Tried and True, i believe the recipe has earned it's place.
