How long do I have to wait.

Putting older posts here. Going to try to keep the novice forum pruned about 90 days work. The 'good' old stuff is going to be put into appropriate forums.

How long do I have to wait.

I have my first mash fermenting now since 5 days ago. recipe says it is ready after 5 days but it is still bubbleing. Do I have to wait till it stops?
