I am thinking about ordering the Georgia Ridge 60 gallon still with the additional Ozark Mountain head from the Colonel at Copper Moonshine Stills for a small artisanal distillery I am starting in a few months. Is anyone familiar with his stills? Here's a link, Thanks.

I agree that the colonel is a master craftsman, who could teach all of us a thing or three about working copper, and has the best stills on offer.

I have corresponded with Colonel Wilson for a few years now. Never bought one of his products but asked him bunches of questions, he's very dilligent and helpful Answers every email.
He also has some great deals if you just want to buy a collumn. He sells a 32 X 2 fractioning collumn, with or without packing, for around $200. You can request custom sizes/lengths.
He stays about 12-15 weeks behind on constructing whole stills, but he can work in an order for just a collumn in about 2 weeks.
In my opinion the best deal is to get a 42 X 2 unpacked collumn for $200 and do the rest yourself. He probably wouldn't charge that must extra.
Make no mistake about the Colonel, he's not making copper furniture. He knows distilling, all the in's and out's and how to do what, and he speaks the language we speak here, and he's the real deal, and he is a master craftsman with regard to his metal work.
He sells his own brand of yeast on there "Confederate" or something like that....I wonder if anyone has tried it.

10 GALLON OZARK MOUNTAIN STILL Got it for a birthday present 
Just started using it and I love it. The craftsmanship is top notch and Colonel Wilson is always willing to answer a question. Runnin some UJSM and its working great! Im new to everything about distillin, but this site has been a great help.

Been admiring his stills long before I seen this site. Definitely a work of art. To bad theres no I could ever justify the cost to the wife.
