If a UJSM made to the recipe posted here (at a wash temp of 24 deg C) ferments out in around 4 days then will a UJSM with 3 times the amount of all ingredients (water, backset, yeast, grain, sugar) ferment out in the same amount of time under the same conditions or will it take longer?
