malted barley extract
I've been using UJSM with great results and one batch of rum that turned out good. I had a can of malt extract in the cupboard. It is for beer and has hops in it. I know the hops are supposed to taste bad if used in a whiskey run, but what the hell, I'm experimenting. I wonder how bad it will taste.
